Bergquist
Cole Bergquist’s connection to Missoula spans nearly two decades. Since arriving as a student-athlete at the University of Montana, he has built a career as a local Realtor®, developer, and investor, giving him a deep understanding of the city’s neighborhoods, housing market, and the way people want to live.
Rather than relying on a traditional development model, Bergquist assembles a team of specialists for every discipline, bringing together the most talented architects, interior designers, engineers, marketers, and consultants from both Montana and around the world. By combining local expertise with best-in-class specialists and modern technology, every aspect of the project receives focused attention from people who are leaders in their field.
That approach was refined while leading The Reed from an off-market opportunity through acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, sales, and long-term ownership. Working closely with homeowners and continuing to serve on the homeowners association board has provided invaluable insight into what truly matters after people move in.
The Archie is the product of those lessons. Decisions as small as bedroom dimensions, kitchen layouts, storage, finish selections, amenities, and the orientation of each residence were shaped by real homeowner feedback and years of experience. Every lesson learned at The Reed has been carried forward with one goal: creating Missoula’s finest residential address.

Combining creative vision, technical expertise and thoughtful design, JDA creates distinctive spaces that enhance experiences, foster connection and respond to the needs of modern living.
The Interior Designer
Kevin Klein Design
Kevin is an interior designer with over a decade of experience in hospitality development, working with leading firms including SBE, The Kor Group and Sydell Group. Collaborating with renowned designers such as Philippe Starck, Jacques Garcia, Kelly Wearstler and Sean Knibb, he has developed a design approach centred on character, authenticity and thoughtful problem-solving. Based in Los Angeles, Kevin draws inspiration from his surroundings and travels to create spaces with a strong sense of identity.
